Default build critiques, feedback and thoughts

Hello again. I was wondering what you guys thought of this build for EE solo and doing dps in groups. I have always liked to be tanky but hate tanking. I know dumb but eh.

I was wondering how this build would do.
Fighter for kensei dps, stalwart, heavy armor and tower shields. I just really wanna wear a shield and not have to go vanguard or pure paladin. Been there done that and it was extremely boring and not as great as was advertised. IMO
FVS for saves and heal and the needed spells. I also prefer fvs over cleric for the better feel of the class and saves and resistances plus cleric is always assumed healer.
Paladin for the 9 to saves and stay in heavy armor.
Would be using bastard sword and tower shield for soloing and switching to just bastard sword for dps or when I know I can handle the quest without shield.

Would you guys say this will easily get the job done soloing EE quests, or would going 2 monk instead of paladin with a staff or say dual shortswords or whatever I need to stay centered with the monk forms and evasion, would be better?
Thanks a lot guys. Always appreciated.

Well since no one replied and I am gonna reincarnate since I don't like the build I currently have, I really hope this does well for what I want.

If I wanted an FVS with Fighter, I'd seriously consider one of these 2 combinations:
PDK, for Silvanus maul bonuses, 12 fvs/8 fighter or 12 fighter/8 fvs. The first one gives you the heal spell, a really good maul crit profile and plenty of damage, and full kensai T5s. The second one gives you the level 12 fighter core, and fvs spells up to level 4 (cure crit or deathward, your choice). Your maul crit profile would be 25%/4x, which is pretty respectable, and could be better in either LD or Divine crusader, both good fits for either build.

Thank you for replying. The problem with that is while I like to min max, I have a terrible problem with looks of my character. Doesn't make sense cause min maxing mean just that no matter if it looks bad or not. But I can't stand anything but Elf, Drow, Human, Morninglord and Half Elf. The other races just look terrible to me and I can't play them.

Well, you're a completionist, so you know what playing style suits you best, so I'd say just go for it.

I wonder if you'll have the dps to solo EE. You'll have to chew through the bad guys, because you don't have any crowd control or ranged options of note.

I would certainly take Overwhelming Crit at 21 instead of 27. I think that will be more bang for your buck than any variety of Shield Mastery.

    Have fun!

There is no chance I'm reading that grammatical disaster.

Thank you. Yeah I love playing self healing heavy armor melee builds/chars. I will make that change then. I heard dps was moderate with 6 kensei, so I guess if it sucks that bad, I will just use an ED to make up for it. I hope anyways lol.
