Master's Blitz question

I've seen that this is the case for a while so it's probably WAI, but is Master's Blitz supposed to lose all stacks but maintain CD whenever you head through a portal in a quest?

Just seemed odd that the stacks decay every 15 seconds anyway but heading through a portal resets it completely as opposed to other ED abilities that have stacks.

this is NOT WAI, and it is known, but is also not being completely fixed. some, not all, mid quest load screens break blitz, and some other things too at that.

I believe there was a thread collecting the ones in question around about a year or so back. I *think* some of them got fixed but then it was largely forgotten again.


but yeah. annoying.
