Unable to log

I don't know if it may be related to the new management or what, as I was perfectly able to log in last Monday... however, I've been trying to log for the last half an hour, and the only thing I get is a window popping up, and it says "Error. Internal Error. Please contact customer support"... any ideas on what's goin on? do I have to reinstall the whole game?
