    Default Color Spray making Abishai shift out of play - WAI?

    Folks, I put in a ticket for this but I wanted to know if anyone else is seeing/having this issue. When I color spray Abishai, or anything else that can "phase out" like mephits, they phase out.. gone. I can't target them with spells or melee. I have to wait until the effect wears off and then attack. This doesn't happen all the time but easily 90% of the time.

    Is anyone else seeing this? This is my first Deep Gnome so I'm not sure if this something that has been happening from the beginning. I've scoured the forums and I haven't seen any mention of it.

    Thank you in advance for your input. I'm very frustrated by that.

    Does this cause the flipping annoying creatures - blue abashai and ogre-magi that phase out when significantly damaged and return fully healed - to phase out prematurely so that when they come back, you only have to kill them once? If so, this seems like a really good thing! (unintended, but good).

    Might it be related to fear effects? AA Terror arrows do this all the time, not feasible against Abishai because of it.

    We've located the root of this issue internally. The fix didn't quite make it under the gate in time for today's patch, but it should be in the next one.
    We don't only build for the builds that exist.
    We don't only build for the builds that are good right now.

    The fact that some changes are necessary is not diminished by the fact that other necessary changes have not happened yet.

    It's a bad thing if you have somebody coming up behind you who can hold/dance/stun/instakill/etc. them, so they wouldn't phase at all *g*
