I would start with updating changes since then. And if you still have ambitionadd some of the points in the earlier threads. It looks very good so far, imo. You did a great job already. It would be a shame, if it would just vanish.
If you need help researching I'll try to help out.
Cheers,
Titus

Hi TitusOvid
I have some spare time tomorrow and can have a deeper look into it. I'll get back to you on help. I'll probably need it.
Check this thread again tomorrow.
I thought i was the only one using it...
It's a good start, but there are a lot of missing features making it incredibly cumbersome to actually use. (No damage calculations, no stat breakdowns, no MP/RP breakdown, no DS / crit breakdowns, alacrity is in "5s", no base weapon damage calculations, no easy glancing info, no haste boost duration / number / cooldown, no inq, no spellsword (ek), no SA). Not having these features makes it very hard to use to compare builds, since you have to manually calculate everything of that yourself, and even a small change in build might result in redoing the whole process. The crit range profile is ambiguous too. To me, "4" would mean everything 4 and up is a crit. but if that's the case, why is 15 max? Crit multiplier on 19-20, is that "extra multiplier" or what the multiplier is on a 19-20?
And finally, no raw data easily available so any calculations are just assumed correct.

This is valueable inputs, thank you.
Let me try and take them one by one:
1) No damage calculations. I assume you mean no average damage calculation per hit. I should add this
2) No stat breakdown. I delibeately did not do this. This is something you have to do yourself, but i'll keep in mind you miss this feature.
3) No MP/RP and crit breakdowns. Again yourself. Noted that you miss this.
4) The alacrity is in 5s because in melee the attacks per second are only affected every 5.
5) No base weapon damage calculations. Yourself have to do this.
6) I am not sure what you mean by no easy glancing info.
7) No haste boost. This can be added under alacrity.
8) No inq. been wanting to add that.
9) no spellswords and SA. This can be added under non crit damage.
Maybe i should do a video on how to use it?
I'll admit that this site makes you do some calculations yourself. Your input is valued and i will think about it.
Ughhhh upgrading it to have what ppl need is... Annoying lol, not by the tooltips or the options to fill/use, but for the whole formula itself, cause there're lots of considerations like what applies first, what adds to non crit and crit, what adds to crit but not non crit, what adds to non crit but not crit xD
Annoying itself, i made an excel (sorry by that lol) and made the calcs by packs, cause in a simplified way wasn't exactly simple so I made lots of base 1 (or 100) calcs to add for a total hit cause excel doesn't allow you to apply on certain parts of the formula depending if it's crit or not without crit-checking + having 75 different cells, one for each different proc there's in DDO

Hello Psykopeta.
I am not sure i understand what you are saying. It might just be me. I am tired and english is my second language, but do you mean i should add all this or not? I hope this does not come across as rude as i can say i am generally interested in what people think about my site.
4. Are you sure? According to Vis's data it does not appear to be locked to 5s. Further, since fatesinger just got +3% added, it seems weird if that were to have zero effect. Got anything to back it up?
6. The damage %s, like how PTHF etc adds +10% and enhancements can increase it too.
7. That does not account for uptime (without LD you're 66% uptime, with LD 100% uptime)

4) I see i got it mixed up in my head. While answering this i was thinking about BAB influence on attack speed, which according to MrCrow increases every 5's. So to answer your initial question. This requires data. I could interpolate between allready known values and that would be somewhat accurate, but extrapolation is generally a bad idea. I should look into adding this. Good idea.
6) This is somewhat already there. Under "Glancing blow proc chance percent" and "Glancing blow damage percent" you can enter these values. The increased chance of weapon effects to trigger is not included.
7) I am not sure how you want me to implement this. You want a button with action boost you can click on and off and then it calculates the dps or how? Right now you can calculate two values and add them weighted together, but i guess that's not enough for you?
In my calculator you choose how many boosts you have, what % they are, and whether or not you have LD. Then you choose fight duration (Usually set it to 10 minutes), to get an automated DPS average. And it's the only real way to know the value of e.g. LD 100% uptime, or the benefits of getting 1 more boost.

If i was to build one, i would separate static and burst DPS calcs (eg: boosts, and stacks active | buildup dps cost, activated attack rotation).
There are always some builds which have insane tier burst then fall back to bottom tier static dps for the next minute or few, even over a large period it would create false impression how these builds actually play.
Hi
I added Inquisitive and did some minor changes.
Site does not look pretty, but it works.

My main comment would be to please pick a different background color. That Blue is both hard on the eyes and more difficult to read black test on.
I honestly wanted to try the calculator but 3 seconds on that page and I closed it. I know it's a petty thing but I figured it's feedback worth giving all the same as it should be easy to fix.
If you like the blue then might I make a couple of suggestions that should be in a similar palette?

I tried the colors your suggested, but went with something as close to ddo forums colors as i could get it.
How do you like it now?
A bit of necro, but I am interested, if you are planning to adjust site for last changes for THF (Remove glancing blows, introduce strikethrough)
I also have a question. Why Bear have static 14 BAB??
