Some new monk changes are not in the text

Just went on Lammania and rolled up a monk to see the changes. It was told that ki bolt would go from 2x Melee Power to 3x melee power, but the text still says 2x.

Not sure if this is just a text issue or whether Devs changed their minds on the 3x.

Also Jade Strike in the Shintao line the text does not include "stunning" bonus to dc in order to lock them in a stone of Jade on a critical. Has this been removed to lower the dc or is this just a text miss also? Will check for more......

In testing vs the backmost dojo kobold with a 6monk @74MP I saw Force damage as low as 9pts (which is less than even a 6d4 2xMP should be able to roll(14)) and as high as 63pts (max for MPx2 would be 59). So no idea what's going on there.

Fire damage never exceeded the 89pts that would be the MPx2 threshold nor did it roll below the 19pt minimum threshold for 3xMP. Average damage was below expectation for even MPx2.

Edit: Rolled 99pts of fire damage once so maybe it is working.

When i mouseover Flash Bang on my PreEnhTree, it just reads 18+Monk Level+Wis Modifier, but no +Stunning/Tactical boni.
Has anyone tested it and can confirm that it DOES add and not only SHOULD?
