Half-Elf Mixed Heritage

Looks like this passive feat is currently not being used for anything.

"Half-elves are treated as both an Elf and a Human by magical items and effects if one would be beneficial. Negative effects treat Half-Elves as if they were Elves. "

Since items no longer drop with race restrictions.
Any chance to update the feat or the loot system?

I miss those racial drops. They were such an incentive to make an X-race build around some nice collection of loot.
