Heroic necklace deserves at least +1 to Sheltering in order to match what cannith crafting offers at level 14.

The returning snowball is 1d2. According to wiki, it will be the only named dart that is like that. All other named darts are 1d4.
The ML 14 necklace will be the only named item I found with PRR of +21 in that level range. The Heartwood docent has PRR of +31 at ML 15. I am talking about PRR on just 1 item and not including what could also stack with them combining other items.

You are the one choosing not to play alts.

Its been a while since I have played a character with a rune arm, but I would think that this rune arm might be very handy in some situations. The only other option I can think of for breaking bludgeon DR on a crossbow is the slinger. It is nice to have choices.
Maybe there are options I am forgetting?
Does the rune arm animation include books as the projectiles? Or tumbling (whirling?) words? Does the rune arm spew loqucious witticisms in combat chat?
There's a lot of potential here, I hope it doesn't go unused.
The snowball should be bludgeoning. Make it a throwing hammer instead of a dart...

So... these items are trash. Cool.
I think you two have miss-understood the rune arm. It adds bludgeoning damage as an extra effect simliar to all rune arms such as Arm of Archons which imbues xbow with force damage and not change the bolt attack damage from pierce to force. This is similar to cannith crafted bludgeoning damage added to great axe for example that doesnt change the axe to do bludge instead of slash.
Even if this was true and converted xbow bolts to do bludge it would not be effected by Pulverizer due to the weapon normally being pierce.
The rune arm would certainly be nice to farm if it had the green slot removed and was made craftable instead. Currently the high level crafter rune arms are Toven, Luicid and Animus which are ML19.
