Looking for a fun caster instead of a run caster? Want to get into the middle of a wild melee and take a few hits? Here's one build that works quite well!

Not stronger than a HOrc Barbarian, not tougher than a Dwarven Stalwart Defender and not more powerful than Elminster; but a solid build none-the-less.

Quest: Devil Assault, Heroic Elite, Level 18
Character: Wizard, Level 18, using Shroud of the Zombie and Eldritch Knight tree for most Enhancements.

General: Str, Con, and Int. THF & ITHF, Power Attack, Cleave, Great Cleave, Shroud of the Zombie, Eldritch Strike & Eldritch Tempest, and enough Eldritch Knight Enhancements to wear medium armor and carry a shield w/o penalties.

Most important spells: Death Aura, Lesser Death Aura, Ice Storm, and Negative Energy Burst, along with an assortment of buffs.

Equipment: Crafted Scale armor with Light Resistance and Insightful [edit] Light Resistance. Crafted Shield has blue slot with 100% fortification Sapphire. An assortment of Great Swords and Sword and Board combos.
