Airship Amenity question

Hello

I've been moving around some of our guilds existing Amenities and i noticed that i cant upgrade a lot of the Amenities (there is no upgrade button)

For example, according to this Amenity Guide: https://www.ddo.com/en/airship-purch...-amenity-guide, the "Bath House" should offer +5, +10 or +15 bonus to range of unconsciousness but it is only adding +5 and I don't see a way to upgrade it.

Silver Flame was upgradeable but not Bath House, Tactical Training Room, Armory, etc...

Is the Amenity Guide just out of date and only the first tier is now available, or am I missing something?

Anyone have a way around this?

You don't need to upgrade those amenities, the different bonuses are granted depending on your character level.

Characters level 1-10 get the first bonus, 11-20 get the second bonus, and 21-30 get the 3rd bonus.
