    Default Premium downgraded to Free, Support solution unworkable. Please Help!

    Last Friday, almost a full week ago, I logged in to find my longstanding (4+ year?) 5-character Premium account had become Free. 2 slots locked, Gold cap crushed, and so on.

    I sent a Ticket in, but didn't hear back until Monday - fine, weekend, not VIP, I can deal with that. But MondayI received a form letter that didn't address my problem at all - I had my account, my password, found all my characters - but it had been downgraded, and Support wasn't helping.

    Fortunately, I had already been planning to buy SC + MotU, and those +3 character slots unlocked my alts. BUT... even tho' I dropped $42, and have Druid, Warlock, Iconics, etc etc - the account is still "Free"!

    I sent another ticket (or three) in, but the solution isn't working. I was told to log in to https://myaccount.turbine.com/ and lg in and enter the product code - but when I log in, that screen goes to my dual-account page (one Free, one Premium - or was, now both Free) under same log-in - and nowhere to enter the product code. If I enter the code and then log, I'm told the code is invalid. And no followup solution from Support, several days now.

    So... help?! So many things wrong*, and I'd love to play this game this weekend, not to mention use those extra slots for something new.

    Account = C-Hound
    Main Server = Thelanis
    Characters = Svardi, Suerta, Peatre, Buqqa, et al

    So, I'm counting on someone reading this who can solve the problem, or let me know how to. Thanks for any help, standing by all day...



    * Did you know?...

    1) My main money alt has 2+ M plat, the cap is only 320k or so. But when I try to send mail, I "can't afford the postage". Not even a Guild Invite. Plus, apparently, if you try to send plat in the mail, it simply disappears - remains to be seen. Tried to send 9999 to an alt, but nothing - disappeared from the sender, never arrived at recipient.

    2) You can't remove Shards won on the AH while over your gold cap.

    3) Practically speaking, being over Gold Cap means you can't place bids or items on AH - if outbid or if item sold, that PP is locked in mail - I have at most less than 20 slots left in mail atm.

    You probably did this, but I am just putting it out there for others:

    Did you reply to the form letter. The way the ticketing works for DDO (and LoTRO I believe) is that they do send a form letter back, but that form letter states that if you are still having problems, REPLY to the email.

    This way if you have already fixed the problem there is no interaction that has to be done.

    Just making sure your replied.

    Yes, I replied to those that suggested it - will do again (tho' some said "Automated response, do not reply").

    As confused and irritated I was at finding my account mysteriously downgraded a week ago, I was equally but pleasantly surprised to find this morning that it has been fixed sometime after regular hours Friday night!

    I want to thank whatever secret Santa fixed this problem during their "late shift" - THANK YOU! After a week of alternating between useless form letters and silence, this is the sort of customer service Turbine can (finally, ahem) be proud of.
