    Default Account downgraded to premium

    This morning my account seems to have been downgraded to Premium from VIP.

    Has this happened to anyone else?

    i also have been downgraded from vip to premium 29th nov 08:50 gmt i dont think its is anything to do with my payments i think this is the last straw been playing for years put up with the bugs the lag paying for content over and above subscription maybe i should thank turbine for making my mind up for me this is the end

    Have you checked your CC expiration or other facets of your respective payment method?

    Did you maybe cancel VIP in anticipation of holiday sales for quest packs, and just forgot?

    I have also been downgraded to Premium from VIP, my payments are made via Paypal through the MyTurbine site so I'm guessing that all of this will need to be changed.

    I have also been downgraded. I then made the made an additional purchase just to see if that would fix it, and I am still listed as free. Please help!

    Bumping the thread because this is still a problem. I have submitted a ticket and replied to the auto generated e-mail several times.
