Can't claim puchased expansions.

I just purchased the expansions for the Shadowfell and The Underdark (added Underdark to the purchase once I selected Shadowfell) I only received one key however. What's more I cannot figure out how to enter this key, I follow the link to my account and there doesn't seem to be a place to type it in.... all it lists is my subscription information.

i think they changed it to ingame

and you put code in there

In-game store (Ctrl-S), then click on Redeem Code in the upper part of the UI.

Double-check your e-mail.

Yes. The in-game DDO Store has a Redeem Code tab. Same tab one can use to redeem the weekly free sample.
