Why was my VIP subscription canceled?

Logged on today and found I was no longer a VIP member. Yesterday was just fine. My credit card is still good, according to the bank. I suppose I could "reinstate my VIP subscription" on the login window, but would like to know if I've been hacked or something.

Also, when I pick characters I want to be available, they are not up to date. For instance, the guild leader has 24 AP available for use. All of my toons were fully developed after running the halloween special. I think I need a full reset.

I'm having the same issue.

I have an active paid VIP Account (3 Month Plan) with automatic payment. My VIP Account should be valid till December and then renew automatically. But a few days ago my subscription was canceled and my account was demoted to Premium. I even got a mail with an Ad to renew my Subscription. (Lol - i should have 1,5 Month still left ...)

Maybe they have some troubles with the account-management?

Contacted Account Support via Ticket today and responded to the Automated Mail. I hope they will do something about it.

I had the same thing happen to me last week (right after the update), figured it was a fluke cause my CC was still good and I had been getting it renewed automatically for a couple years. I just went ahead and re-upped my VIP for another 3 months from the DDO store and all was fine. I'm pretty sure the 3 month sub was up and for some reason it just failed to automatically renew, I don't think it got cancelled in the middle or anything because it was with an hour or so of adding the monthly 500TP to my account.
