Launcher freeze on "Instaling pre-req"

Hello, guys.

Today my launcher stoped working for no aparent reason.

I tried to contact the support through the website but seems like it's not working.

Anyway...

My launcher is freezing in the "installing pre-reqs" screem and go no further. Yesterday it was rolling perfectly...

So, my internet connection is working fine. I use Windows 7 64x Ultimate.



Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Could have been a glitch at Turbine or Akamai that will simply resolve itself.
