I've noticed 2 toons, I can't remember their names now, that have been standing by the airship portal in the Twelve for the last few weeks. I've submitted a couple tickets thinking they were stuck but they are there nearly ALL the time, hours at a time (and I mean 10+ hrs) and no movement. Can anyone explain to me why or how they can continue to be there without DCing since I've been online and I get AFK notices nearly immediately and then kicked?

I don't think they're cheating but I was just curious.
