Is Temple of elemental evil not working?

I've tried multiple times to run temple of elemental evil part 1.
I get to the courtyard but when I get try to enter the main building the load screen just hangs.

Is this quest down?

And after several minutes of wait when I try to log back in the character can't be used until I guess the dungeon kicks him out for inactivity.

I was able to log in via another computer so apparently it was my computer. Maybe it requires more system resources than other quests? In the past I've been able to use this computer for that quest and had no problems loading part 2.

i have also have this problem after update 34, ive made a post about it but have not got a answer from the devs or anyone else
