    i get it...it's ****ed up again......but what about give us some informations ???? we also fight with time !

    Yep, me too. Can't log in to Thelanis or any server. Interestingly, my son's account on the same laptop has no problems logging in to any servers.

    Sorry man, but this is just unreasonable.

    When you wrote this it was 5am at Turbine, you have to have some patience with them.

    And for the record, I have the same problems as everyone else here, game is unplayable right now.

    In his defence, my ticket is now 1½ hours old - they are simply plain avoiding to do anything. My money is on Support leving the office with 0 responses to the issue.

    Or maybe they don't know because they are all asleep? You should go outside instead of agonizing about not being able to play for two hours. DDO will still be here when you return, downtime and all.

    5am.

    There are noone in the office yet, dont you understand that? There simply is not enough income on DDO to have staff available 24/7.

    I do not expect anything to happen until maybe 7AM at Turbine offices.

    Unfortunately that is still 1h30mins.

    I would also urge patience. I'm a UK player who likes to get an hour or so play time in before work, but couldn't this morning, so I feel the frustration. But, it is the wee small hours in DDO Towers, and if there are any support staff there they will most likely not be able to do anything until infrastructure type bods come in. Let's let them get to their desks, have a cup of coffee and work on the problem before we start a lynching.

    So when Support says they are there 17/7 you think that they still need a grown up present to do anything - even communication?

    Getting exactly same problem on Cannith. I can choose any toon but only get as far as Welcome to Eberron Screen. The bar says "Loading, please wait"...then does nothing.

    nononono, this is wrong, this is not what you want to read after booting the PC ...

    did they forget to check if stuff worked after yesterdays downtime or did it only start to fall apart during the night?

    If support is available 17 hours then there still is 7 hours when it is not. I would expect those hours to be from midnight until 7AM at Turbine's offices.

    Sorry Valen, but we europeans just have to accept that during those hours there is no staff available.

    Managed to log in on cannith but then got stuck porting into wayward lobster, and there I sit

    Edit 1: now I cant log onto cannith

    Calm down guys, insulting is not gonna help anyone. I want to play too but we`re gonna have to wait. A lot of people have this issue so its gonna be resolved. We all should be relieved that is not on our pcs only.

    Yeah I realize this, but mornings in Europe are the only times I have ever had any success in getting a hold of these guys. And in my defense, they have and option for the tickets that say
    Stuck -> cant load

    ....you would assume that some sort of action was behind that option.

    maybe I just misunderstood the entire thing and 17/7 actually means they are only there on the 17th of July...
