It worked fine after the downtime, then fell apart around three hours ago.

It seems to have started in the last ~2 hours. The bug appears to be specifically associated with failing to clean up the prior connection (IE if I normally play Ghallanda and experience the bug upon relogging to Ghallanda, I can probably play Khyber until I relog and get the bug on Khyber, and so on). Best option right now is to wait.

Yeah I realize this, but mornings in Europe are the only times I have ever had any success in getting a hold of these guys. And in my defense, they have and option for the tickets that say
Stuck -> cant load

....you would assume that some sort of action was behind that option.

maybe I just misunderstood the entire thing and 17/7 actually means they are only there on the 17th of July...

I was trying to log into Wayfinder and was stuck on the loading screen, so what I did was as a VIP use the transfer to Evenstar option when you log on and was able to enter the game - if you are also VIP perhaps that would work for you to? In the game I get stuck when trying to enter hall of heroes Eberron or the marketplace definitely something odd happening.

Reread your post. You believe that 17/7 translates to 17 not specified hours a day all week, where I read it as 17:00 to 7:00. if you are right guess I am being unreasonable... ah feck it, guess ill have to do some work instead, freaking hope they dont do some stupid **** like a restore, that would cost me a level and some 500K XP based on what the log in screen looks like compared to the ingame toon. I have the privilege of being able to see my own LFM on an alt in the LFM list on Thelanis

anyways, it's 6AM eastern now, they come into office around 8AM, cordo may or may not look at the forums by 10 AM, he may realize something is wrong by 11 AM, they will take till 3PM to figure out whats wrong, then a patch downtime of 4H so 7PM ... converting timezone ... oh, i went to sleep an hour before that. ok, play again tomorrow :/

Well, when you say it like that then I understand you better.

My logic is, support will start working same time as everyone else at Turbine. Having support available from 5PM, when everyone else has gone home is not logical to me. So I am assuming and may be wrong and you may be right
