Chests is not opening. 1 hour later still no response.
I renember years ago getting help instantly. Is this

10:00 AM to 1:00 AM Eastern 7 days a week is when in game support is available.

I waited an hour and ten minutes and got no response to my issue today between 12:38-13:48 CST. Which is a big time loss on Sov. I xp pot, Large loot pot, and high chest boost.
