Looking for that post / thread with melee gear sets

I recall seeing in a thread somewhere that someone posted a list of melee gear sets (Ellisdee maybe?) for leveling for every slot using CC crafted gear along with a breakdown of required ingredients...

Unfortunately my feeble search skills have failed me...can anyone point me in the right direction? I am looking to do a few heroic melee lives and thinking about putting together a few gear sets to make the gear swapping a little easier from 1 - 20.
