So I am. Can't get into game to contact in-game TS, so here I am.

It's 9 PM on Sunday night on the west coast, I have a ship-ton of Night Revel ingreds to trade in, and I can't get in - so...???

Which server are you on.... I have the same problem on Thelanis. I tried to switch to some other server and Argonessen was working fine. So I figured it might be only Thelanis or atleast not all servers

Sorry, Thelanis had some kind of severe but thankfully brief issue. Things are back online now, and we'll be looking into it.

I had just completed making a thunderforged long sword minutes before it happened. Upon getting back in, the sword is gone.

Okay, finally(!) got 1 account in - but altho' they have ~2000 choco and ~400 of each other, only a very few options are presented:

o Cosmetics: Armour, jack-o-lantern, spider
o 2x diamonds
o 3x rubies

Wow, and altho' it seems now I can get in, my alts are being placed all OVER the place - Korthos, in front of the Life Shaper (! yeah, inside!) , all over!

Okay, I figured it out - if you put all 5 ingredients in the exchanger, you only get results that require all 5 ingredients, not "any/or some" of those 5.

But not how i'd have programmed it... :/
