Wiki says 15 sec buff
As tested on 12 henshin monk, 10 sec

Is it different for higher level monk?
Can anyone confirm this?

Wiki is probably wrong, or ability isn't WAI. Submit a bug report. I haven't used MoC on a monk. Felt like a lot of work for such little and short benefit after trying to get it to work a few times, if it even did until now.
