What is the most attack speed available and how can you get there?

I am thinking SWF + Monk wind stance +???,,, SWF pure Bard?

Wind stance doesn't stack with haste or speed items as it is an enhancement bonus, and Bard doesn't get any bonuses to attack speed. If you are counting doublestrike as well, swashbuckler and SWF Kensei might be about the same (I can hit about 40% doublestrike on a first life fighter at 30, and I had about the same on a SWF Warchanter, also first life at 30, not sure about Swashbuckler). Wolf form with SWF (if that works) might be higher, depends on if it stacks. Other than wolf (maybe) just about everything caps out at 45% (30 from SWF and 15 from haste or speed gear).

Highest attack speed in game is Fatal Harrier (25% Enchant--10% more than gear or haste) +SWF (30% Combat) +Haste Boost (20% Kensei, Ranger, or Rogue, or 30% from LD) for 75% attack speed. So SWF can maintain 45% + another 20% boosted. Kensei SWF fighters with Draconic Reinvig can keep this going through out short or medium quests.
