I have a bladeforged character that I used a +20 Heart of Wood on this weekend. I wanted to go back to pure 20 Paladin. I wasn't able to change out all my character classes and ended up with an 18/2 Pali/Arti split. Grr...
So, I put in a ticket with support, first thing Saturday Morning... wait around for a few hours and finally update the ticket that I'd be on another character, but still online, and same server. 5 hours after I first put in the ticket, I get a response that my ticket has been closed due to not being online. Stupid and super frustrating, but I open a 2nd ticket, restating the issue, stating that the first shouldn't have been closed, and requesting help again. The 2nd ticket gets placed in a "waiting queue" sometime while I was asleep. An improvement, I guess.
The note states that I have to be online on that character to get help, but that a GM will assist when they see me online. So, I log my character in while I'm doing other stuff today. I'm 6 hours in and no response, no tell, no contact at all.
So I guess the question is what the heck?!?!? What does it take to get support for a paying sub these days?Sit around on a broken character doing literally nothing for days on end until someone gets around to addressing it? I spent 5 hours on the first ticket on Saturday and another 3 hours before I gave up on the 2nd ticket that same day. Now I'm 6 hours in today and still nothing. Its so frustrating.
