    Default Ingredients Exchange

I was just thinking about how to improve the new Cannith Crafting experience and thought it would be nice to have an ingredients exchange. It would be based off supply and demand. You could trade more easily obtained ingredients for more rare. It would scale based on supply and demand. So, just for an example.... You need 15 Runic Parchments. You go to the ingredients exchange and find that the current going rate for one runic parchment is 500 funerary tokens, or 750 amulets of the lost empire, etc.... you select what you need on the left side and drop what ingredients you want to trade on the right. Then the supply and demand factor kicks in, so on, so forth and then next Runic Parchment may now cost 5% more or whatever.

I like the idea of an ingredients exchange.

Probably the easiest way to implement this would be to have the various existing collector NPCs have a barter
option to trade up to the next rarer item in the same "family". What would need to be worked out is the
exchange rate, and I'd hope we could make it fixed.

An example: Wash Pynoptis could take 25 Amber Vials and give 1 Vial of Pure Water, and take
10 Vials of Pure Water and give 1 Contagion.
