Edit: Issue solved!
I'm trying to craft a bound Insightful Disable shard. I have all the requisite crafting skill and all the correct ingredients. The crafting machine is giving me "an error occurred" message, not taking my ingredients and not crafting the shard.
Anyone else run in to this issue?

Take ALL the required ingredients out of your crafting bank. It should then work.
