Receiving no XP

As neither in game GMs or Customer Support are responding to my ticket I will try the forums.

Yesterday I have noticed that one of my characters (the rest are fine) is not getting any xp. I have run Elite Shadow Crypt and even tho in game message said of 49k xp none has been added. Same after hard run Jungles of Khyber - 24k xp down the drain. I have relogged and restarted the client couple of times, I have tried some explorers - all with the same end-result the xp bar is stuck at 1 538 769 xp( almost half way through rank 61).

Since there is no point playing my main character I have cancelled my subscription but I am trying to find out if anyone had or heard of a similar bug and could maybe offer some advice.

Yes, I am sure. As I have said in the OP, I am almost half way through rank 61 (at level 11 with level 12 banked).

No, you are not. If you are level 11 (assuming 3rd life+) the hard cap is at 1519999. Some bonuses (xp gems from daily dice, monster manual rewards) still apply so you are a bit ahead, but until you level up to 12, you won't get any more xp. This is perfectly normal.

There must be something even more messed up than I thought because I am only at my second life. Ok, it seems that is a display bug. I took 12 but after using xp token message says that I am level 13 tho xp bar is showing level 12 rank 61.

You cannot be second life if you are at rank 61 with that XP. If you were second life you'd be rank 70. Check your character sheet to see if it says "Hero" (2nd life) or "Legend" (3rd+ life).

I believe you were XP capped. If you have taken 12, things should now be fine.

The XP token says you have enough XP to take level 13, not that you are level 13.

That means you have enough xp to take level 13.

I doubt this was the case, but there are leveling penalties if you are much below the highest level character in the quest (if you were in a group):

Level of quest vs level of highest character in quest: (party) Compare the quest's level to the level of the highest-level character to have entered the quest (even if they later left). If that character's level is below, equal to, or one level above the quest's level, there is no adjustment. If it's +2, there's a -10% penalty. +3 = -25%, +4 = -50%, +5 = -75%, +6 = -99%, and at +7 or higher there is no XP regardless of bonuses. Casual difficulty subtracts 2 from the quest's level (if possible) for purposes of this adjustment, Hard difficulty adds 1, and Elite adds 2. Solo difficulty does not affect it. (U22 tested) This overlevel penalty does not apply to epic quests.
