Where are the +2 and +3 supreme tomes?

Is there a reason the +2 and +3 supreme tomes are gone from the store?

I can see +1, +4, +5 and +6 supreme tomes, as well as all of the upgrade tomes to +6.

I was going to spend some money and get one whilst they're on sale but...

Seriously, though, I just checked a character that has +2 to all stats, and it can see only +3 Supreme tomes and above up to +6 (including upgrades). Another character with no stat tomes can see +1, +4, +5, and +6. All upgrade tomes are visible, though.
Maybe it has something to do with the custom view flags for the store?

I cant find them either, maybe they are not selling them any more.
