Can't find the +20 heart

So I looked for the +20 lesser heart of wood and it's no where to be found! The ddo sales page says it is available now. Do the kobolds still hate me?

So I was under the assumption that the heart sale would be extended. I am a terrible procrastinator and didn't look to buy it til today, and poof it's gone. Bummer dude, kobold still hates me.
