I think you would need a new support ticket; or rerun those quests to re-obtain those handwraps. I think handwraps are redesigned and they are coded differently nowadays.

New ticket submitted and ignored by the brand new and worthless (lack of) customer service department.

So I will keep posting until someone notices this pathetic excuse of how paying customers get treated by SSG these days.

Also, a number of those wraps don't drop in game anymore. This needs to be fixed, not ignored, hoping I simply find them again.

Maybe they just don't know how to fix it and don't want to admit that they messed something up irreversibly. Maybe they hope ignoring you will make the problem go away.

Plot Twist: Trying to figure out HOW to fix this is what broke Cocomajobo's brain and made him quit.

Alternatively: This is the ONLY instance of an inventory full of handwraps turning to collars (Full disclosure, I have multiple monks, many with more than 10 sets of Handwraps in their inventory and not a single one changed to a collar with the change), they have been unable to duplicate it in testing, it broke Coco causing him to quit AND They decided that simply replacing the handwraps, since the character could have easily adventured and replaced all of them on their own by now it was not a good use of dev resources.

Actually since several of the wraps in question have modifiers that no longer drop in game, there is no chance to reacquire them. A simple database adjustment can fix the problem but apparently that is too much to ask of this worthless CS (or lack of) team.

I highly doubt it since all he did was restate exactly what I had originally put in the bug report. No effort was made past that point.
