This had me concerned as I have a rather large inventory of wraps as well, they aren't collars but a vast number are broken (as in their hardness/durability has been worn down).

I got the same problem, haven't bothered to fix them yet though

The worn down handwraps was a side effect of the conversion to weapons.

Max durability was increased in the process but not current durability.

Hmm now I see this makes me think about those collars I had in my inventory. But I could be wrong you know how the brain is (well my old one at any rate).

I really can not keep track of all the inventory i have and I really must learn how to do screen shots etc... I just can not be bothered.

Why not make a list and post it here of the, say, ten or so handwraps you would like restored. Maybe (or maybe not) someone will see and help you out. It couldn't hurt to open a ticket in game, saying This would resolve this issue to my satisfaction, listing the handwraps you would like, then list the ticket number here as well.

Right now I think there's two different things happening. One, people are looking at this bug, and wondering how it happened, etc. Two, you are wanting your stuff back.

It couldn't hurt to try.

Why? Because the inventory was copied by Cocomajobo and verified that it was full of collars after the handwrap update.....on a monk.....not an artificer. These items were NOT collars. They were named or crafted items. As I approach 51 months without anything being done, I have to wonder.....is there ANY customer service at SSG?

You must work for SSG, same customer-focused outlook on a simple database problem.

It's clear they're not going to help you, so you've got three options:

1. Move on and quit the game.

2. Keep playing the game and re-acquire those handwraps.

3. Spend thousands (at least $2,000 or $3,000) for just a chance at winning a lawsuit. If you win, great. You get your items back...but you're still out thousands of dollars. If you lose, you don't get your items back and you're still out thousands of dollars.

Option 3 is the absolute most expensive choice. It may also be the least satisfying one. If you win, do you really still want to play after taking the game maker to court?

Option 1 is the least expensive.

Option 2 is still expensive, depending on what you still are willing to buy. But, honestly, are you still going to play after all that's happened?
