    Angry Stuck after Reincarnation for about 16 hrs

    About 16hours ago I opened a ticket because my toon, Iolho (of Thelanis), got stuck in a loading screen after an epic TR. After restarting the client (after about 5 mins in loading screen) I haven't been able to log the character in because says "this character is already in the world".
    I imagine the servers are loaded and you guys are busy with the event, but I still think the response time (especially for this kind of issues) should be way faster.
    Not to mention the fact that I've been VIP for almost 4 years now, which makes this even more annoying.

    Same thing happened to me two nights ago. I sent in an out of game ticket that night. About 5 hours ago I spent $8 to put in an in game ticket and still haven't heard a reply.

    Did you get an automated email, and did you reply to that email?

    You need to reply to the email to tell CS that it is still a problem.
