Posted this in general too and reported bug. Human monk in korthos with 2 enhancement points. Took first shintao core and then with 2nd point wanted elemental curatives but it remained red rimmed not allowing me to take it although I meet the new requirements after update (supposed to take only 1 point).
Update: scratch that....forgot requirement to be on path of light which i can't get til level 3.....how embarassing...

This is not a bug. Elemental Curatives requires Path of Harmonious Balance: Fists of Light to select it. You can choose Fists of Light at level 3, but not before.
