    Default Account Dilemna

    I played DDO for several years back in the beginning, and was active on these forums as well. I have recently come back to check things out, and I am sold - I need to start spending money and getting access to all of the content.

    My dilemna is this: My old account should still exist, but I cannot remember the password, nor do I have access to the email address that would be associated with the account (from 10 years ago). I have submitted a ticket, but never heard anything back. Ultimately, I would like my old account back (even if those characters are obsolete at this point), so that I can put some money into it and get current. However, I guess I could start completely over if necessary with a new account. I just don't want to do that, and then suddenly get my old account back.

    My forum account doesn't seem to recognize me either, and that kind of sucks. I was a Scholar of Adventure and had some contacts that I would like to go through to see who may still be around.

    Is there anything that we can do to resurrect my original existences?

    Is there a CS phone number? I'd like to resolve this while I still have the flu so I can get some playing done

    This sounds rough. Try sending a PM to Cordovan if you do not get any results.

    If you received an auto-reply to your ticket, make sure to reply to it to let customer service know that you are looking for additional assistance. Ultimately, this is an issue that Account Support can assist you with through support.turbine.com. They can help you re-establish your game credentials.

    Oh! Noob move on my part - didn't realize that I needed to reply to the auto-reply. Done.
    What about the forum account? Would that be support.turbine.com as well or someone else?

    Got it back! Never did hear from CS though, thank goodness for guildies that survived 7 years...
