Is it WAI that Lay Waste and Momentum Swing still say that you need a weapon to use those abilities when you have Handwraps on?

Do those abilities now actually work with handwraps? If so, it's probably just a text issue that needs to be corrected.

The abilities don't trigger, but because technically handwraps are weapons, I was wondering if handwraps would now let you use Lay Waste and Momentum Swing. Originally Posted by Steve_Howe
