Default Should the self-healing de-buffs be affecting Scrolls and potions?

    It does, is this WAI?

It kills the whole "topping yourself up between encounters" thing we used to be able to do. in the current state your healbot basically needs to do all the healing (or you heal each other).

Or more simply - it's back to the days where you need a group to win this, a good one. Beating Reaper Solo so far seems to be utterly impossible, as when you start bouncing around taking your time, the reaper appears and starts blasting you with ranged magic attacks - so in essence, a seeming balance against shiradi's warlocks, and others. Self-healing is out the window, you [color=red]NEED a team to win this, and that is how DDO should have been all along after the release of Menace of the Underdark pack when you get down to it

haven't beaten several 10 skulls tonight in groups, I don't think being able to scroll-heal up between encounters would have made it easier at all. It would have saved our healbot the trouble of healing every little booboo we got.

I get the nerfing of self-hjeals cast from blue-bar even if I don't agree with it. But scrolls and potions were never over-powered.

It's amazing. These reaper mode is not even consider done (lots of bugs), will not be in U33 and people ALREADY complain that it is too hard? What is wrong with you people? You don’t complain earlier that game is too easy?

To be clear - IT should be impossible to finish on 10 skulls with current gear (well, apparently other team be able to complete).
