Perhaps I've overlooked something or am going blind/insane, but it seems to me as though the +6 Insight Bonus to Saves it's supposed to grant is not applying properly.
Is this just me or has anyone else noticed a discrepancy with this cloak?
edit: yeah, it's only giving +4 to fort and will but the full +6 to reflex. :/

Just tested this a bit.
It is only give +4 to will and fort, but gives the appropriate +6 to reflex.
Parrying and Riposte items also give insight to saves, notably the u29 raid armors give +7, making this cloak a bit lackluster in that regard. Maybe change it to +3 quality or something?
