Missing Tomes?

After a recent TR I am missing the +6 tomes I bought from the store as well as all my skill tomes an assortment of +5s and +4s. I wanted to submit a ticket, however I only have a choice of FAQ, Hints, or Report A Bug in game. How do I get these fixed?
Steelshield on Argo if it helps Ocr 11 2015 8:57 AM +5 to +6 tome I think +5 spellcraft +5 search that I recalled there were 1 or 2 others I forget which and the rest were +4.

this is a bug that does not occur super often but it happens. you need to get in contact with an ingame GM about this, afaik they should be able to provide you with replacements. to do that, be on the toon in question during GM hours, file a help ticket (ESC -> Help -> Ticket...) ingame and stay on the toon in question till you get a response.

for the future, to prevent this from happening, or to prepare for the offchance of this happening again, there are 2 things you should always, always do when you ETR/TR.

1) before any TR/ETR process, press C for character panel, go to feats, special feats tab, and take screenshots of the tomes you have (by hovering over each stat with mouse, then taking screen when the value is displayed) - same for skill tomes which show the tome value when hovering over in skill window.

2) when doing any kind of TR process, after initiating the TR process at the lifeshaper and logging out of the toon, NEVER, EVER directly click on the reincarnate button on the toon in question - instead ALWAYS log out of toon, CLOSE THE CLIENT DOWN COMPLETELY, restart it, ONLY THEN click on reincarnate.

p.s. the few people i know who had this happen were afaik not asked to provide documentation in screenshots of the exact tomes - still, I find it sets the mind at ease to know one has a log of some sort what one has accumulated over the years. needless to say, if on a life your tomes dont improve, dont have to redo the screens each time. also, if some of your tomes were store purchases (+6 might well be) there will still be a log of that both in your purchase history and from turbine's end too, you can also mention that to the GM)

I dimly remember something like non vip, non premium players cannot anymore submit tickets? unsure. I'm not VIP myself but payed some money to them occasionally some 2 years ago last time, I can submit ticket.

try sending a PM to cocojambo from customer support here on forums I guess?

I am not VIP, but I am premium. I still have almost 8,000 TP still infact, but I can not submit in game support tickets. Really frustrating.

well, that sucks, sry to hear. guess times got rougher. guess would be nice to fix this bug ... or you know, add a function to lifeshaper that parses the tome values into a server side text log file GMs can access if needed?
