Currently I'm building a 32pts human warlock and I plan to TR it. My question is:
If I TR as a Drow, how many ability points will I get?
If I TR as a human will my ability point increase to 34 pts right?

Drow are considered an inherently 32pt race due to their extra stat bonuses. First-life drow get 28 build pts to spend, 2nd life get 30, 3rd+ life get 32.

Correct: next TR after that would be 36pt build.

Also, just tossing it out, while Warlocks are powerful (at the moment), if you want to build an "ultimate" warlock, previous Warlock lives may(?) not be the best Past Life to chase.

This is an important distinction to consider "spend" vs "gets"

Drow get bonus +2 to Dexterity, Intelligence and Charisma. With -2 to Constitution. Some consider this equivalent to getting +4 present points. I see them as more valuable as they are applied after you spend points (I always see point spending from 8 with the adjustments added after) so the value of the two extra +2's can be equivalent to up to +8 points (going from 18 to 20).

So any build that utilizes all 3 of these attributes is generally in a good place. However, If you are not doing a build that does not classify these attributes as important then Drow is probably not the best choice.

I would agree that Warlock past lives are not as valuable on my warlock as the Sorcerer, Favored Soul and Wizard Past Life (One feat equal to having Spell Focus for all Schools). I can also see the Cleric Past Life as useful for those after Conjuration DCs

Altho', I've sometimes wondered about a focused Drow Magic Resistance build, see how high one could get it. Possibly solve a lot of problems.

The Drow SR doesn't stack with gear... gear trumps drow for SR. even the racial selected SR did not increase my SR obtained from SR and Insightful SR gear..
