I'm trying to get the game loaded up and running. I am having troubles when I load it up and it sticks at the point where it is Installing Pre-Reqs. If anyone has any suggestions to where I have went wrong I would appreciate it.

Going by the date and time of your post, you were attempting to connect during the downtime on Saturday morning. Give it another try. Hopefully it will work.
