    Default ML shards

So you create an item lets say goggles with int and spot.....ML3 for a TR toon. As I go up lvls I add a new ML shard to increase the bonuses correct? Reason I ask is I have made lvl 26 items for another toon and I cannot add new ML shards to it. Why?

The 'Minimum Level shard' sets the ML of the item, you cannot stack those shards to increase the item's ML. If you want to apply a different ML to the item; you'd have to disjunct the item, thus removing all current effects from the said item, i.e. "blank the item". Then start the process all over again with the specific 'Minimum Level shard' onto the "blanked" item you want to craft upon.

To make crafted items more expensive so players buy collectables from the DDO Store.
