Insightful Wizardry???

I have crafted myself a Insightful Wizardry shard but I can't find a single item that I can put it in. Is it a bug or what? And why can't we put all of the abilities on rings?

I haven't crafted one, but the DDOWiki says it only goes in the suffix slot on necklaces. Does that not work?

I would have guessed it went in the extra slot since so many of the insightful shards only work there.

This happened to me with insightful fort shard......started to get irritated...then I removed my search/shard and manually went down the list until I found the recipe for item and insightful fort. Clicked it and it worked
