The Black Loch - No Recourse?

Just got the Adventure Pack. Ran the Black Loch for the first time and cannot complete because I need to 'Open the door using a Green Key'. I was assisted by another player and found out it is an old bug. Exited and re-entered trying to trip the completion but it didn't.

I'm on f2p so online help isn't available to me (found out after completing the help request form).

Yes, I took out all the apprentices, got all the keys, opened all the doors, killed the necro and entered the vault.

I would have had 4308xp. After trying (2x) to trigger completion it kicked me down to 2947xp :/

this happened to me a couple years ago soloing the quest. I sat on the chair on the ship waiting for a GM like a half hour before he finally just completed the quest for me.

The bug triggers when you approach the gate with the key already in your backpack before the DM speech finishes. I always run to each gate first to trigger the DM and then fight the red named holding the key... or approach the door slowly and wait for the DM speech to finish. Irritating but it works.

The trigger to activate the "Open the door using a $$$$ Key" is closer to the gate(door) than the point from which you can unlock it. If you unlock/open it before the trigger, it is already unlocked when you get the objective(non-optional). Since you can't use the key to open it anymore, the quest bugs. I suppose they could make them all optional objectives with a 0xp reward to solve this.
