LGS T3 Augment and Bonus effect- Help Please

I finally got enough ingredients to do my first T3 augment last night and after crafting it and placing it in my weapon (shuriken) I realized I either do not understand how the bonus effect is obtained or I did something wrong.

Currently my shuriken has:
T1 Holy
T2 Good Burst
T3 Good Blast

I was attempting to create a weapon with the Legendary Affirmation bonus effect but there is no bonus effect showing.

One other thing to note is that I previously had a T1 acid damage effect that I removed just prior to adding the Holy augment and Good Blast augment. Not sure if that has any bearing on this.
