New pack paid for but not delivered.

I purchased Against the Slave Lords ~20 minutes ago, but it was not delivered/unlocked. The TP was deducted, and the transaction is listed my account history, but the pack still shows in the store, and I still have the Get Now logo in the LFM. I did try relog and restart to no avail.

*sets out coffee, Red Bull, Skittles, and doughnuts for the CS summoning ritual*

Update: It looks like it finally came through. It no longer shows as for sale, and I have a normal LFM for it, now.

There was an issue with one of our third-party service providers over the weekend that led to a 20-30 minute delay in delivering items purchased from the DDO Store. This issue has now been resolved, and anyone who made a purchase during the affected time frame (Saturday evening Eastern) should now have the item in their inventory.
