Missing Astral Shards

Hey guys, I purchased some Astral Shards from the store, to do some biding, and nothing turned up. Turbine points are gone and now so are the items I was interested in.

There is no warning, during the purchase of the shards, that there might be a problem.

Can anyone help please? I have a ticket in place, but I don't feel I shouldn't have to wait days/weeks for an outcome.

If I remember correctly, astral shards sometimes appear as an item in your inventory, like a blue bag, that you click on to receive the shards.

Look around in your inventory to see if there is something new, and try clicking on it.

Took some time however they have appeared. A little to late though, auction closed


A GM explained it may take up to 24 hours for some store bought items to appear in your inventory (oh and they are looking into it).
