Missing Astral Shards

Hey guys, I purchased some Astral Shards from the store, to do some biding, and nothing turned up. Turbine points are gone and now so are the items I was interested in.

There is no warning, during the purchase of the shards, that there might be a problem.

Can anyone help please? I have a bug ticket, but I don't feel I shouldn't have to wait days/weeks for an outcome.

Similar thing happened tonight to a friend of mine. Purchased the Harper Tree while it's on sale. Turbine Points deducted, no Harper Tree. Put in a ticket to a GM, was told they are working on it.

They finally arrived, however a little too late. The Auction I was interested in closed well before they turned up.

A GM explained it may take up to 24 hours for some store bought items to appear in your inventory (oh and they are looking into it).
