I'll add my idea to the pile of good ones already out there to ease the pain of players adopting the U32 crafting system.
How about some new DDO store items (would be really nice if these could drop on daily dice rolls, too).
Some elixirs or jewels, similar to XP pots and jewels of fortune. You could have different levels of them (supreme, major, etc.)
Perhaps two different flavors.
1. Increases the tier of the collectible you get from each node (e.g. minor could be +1 so T3 becomes T4)
2. Increases the quantity of collectible you get from each node (e.g. minor = nodes drop two collectibles)
These elixirs (or whatever) would feel less like P2W than buying the collectible crates directly (to me anyway)... more of a grind shortcut but you still have to play to go earn stuff. And of course you can grind favor to get the TP to get the pots, or spend real $ - whatever school you subscribe to.
Win for players: a way to cut some grind time off if you want. Win for Turbine: new item to sell.
