I've noticed with the old and new crafting (including the slave lord stuff), that whatever you craft first (usually the prefix), gets shuffled down to the bottom as you make any item. Same thing happens when you add augments, it shoves the slot up top. I'm guessing they'll never fix it so **** stays in order. Probably some OCD in there talking, but I always thought they should make the slots static, and not "whatever you do now goes on top!".
